Dearest Veterans, Donors, and Supporters,
We are just about a month away from our November retreat at Camp For All! We have a fantastic group of Veterans who are ready for our weekend of yoga, meditation, writing, mindfulness, ropes course, art therapy, campfires, and the giant swing.
OK, some of us are more “ready” for the giant swing than others…
(In case you need to know what a giant swing looks like, watch about 30 seconds into this recap from our Camp for All retreat last year.)
New North Carolina retreat announced!
We are thrilled to return to Skyland Camp for our Memorial Day weekend retreat next year. We’ll be back for more equine therapy, more swimming, and more amazing food from Chef Ki!
We are still accepting applications for the January retreat near Austin. All other 2024 applications will be posted soon, so keep an eye on our retreat page for that.
Virtual Retreat tomorrow
Our Zoom retreat is tomorrow (Wednesday) at 1800 Central / 1900 Eastern
All Veterans are welcome, regardless of whether or not they have attended a retreat. It’s an awesome way to get connected, meet new friends, see old friends, and learn more about the tools Mission Flexible uses to manage anxiety, depression, and trauma. Vets only.
Sign up for the free virtual retreat here - you’ll get email reminders with the link from Blue Mala.
Fun Fundraiser
Many thanks to Random Row for hosting our fundraiser last month! They donated $1 from each pint sold and hosted a charity yoga class. We are so grateful for the support.

Mission Flexible Merch is 20% off! Shop our super cute logo shirts, stickers, dog bandanas, etc, and you’ll save money while supporting us! All proceeds go to funding our Veteran retreats.
It makes Sean this happy when you buy stuff. Don’t you want to make Sean happy?
Thank you so much for the support, friends. Our organization is growing and we are reaching more Veterans. This work is vital, and it’s an honor to do it.
If you’d like to contribute to our mission of providing free mindfulness retreats for Veterans with post-traumatic stress — click below to donate one time, or on a continual basis. The need is ongoing, so your help can be ongoing, too.
If you know a Veteran who could benefit from a retreat, please share this newsletter with them.
Many thanks,
~Lisa and the MFam
